Angela Brubacher MA Leadership
Consultant, Owner
Angela Brubacher is an experienced management and leadership consultant with over a decade of expertise in guiding both for-profit and non-profit organizations. As the owner of Empower Human Capital, she specializes in organizational change, coaching, conflict resolution, and succession planning and organizational change. Prior to this, Angela co-founded Cadence’s Staffing Services, providing specialized staffing solutions to support individuals with unique needs across Central and Southern Ontario. Her 14 years of experience supervising management teams in developmental services and her Master of Arts in Leadership and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Family and Social Relations, provides her with a strong background in leadership and management. Angela also brings valuable experience from her seven years as a consultant for McDonald’s, where she supported leadership development and organizational growth. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys community involvement, having served as Vice Chair of Adopt4Life, and enjoys activities like hiking, canoeing, and home decorating.
